UNICO is a collaborative ride-sharing app designed exclusively for students at Universidad Torcuato Di Tella. It handles two distinct user experiences within a single product — drivers set departure times, manage available seats, and confirm passengers; passengers browse active rides, review route details, and track trips in real time. The project covers end-to-end product design: user research, persona definition, dual-role user flow mapping, iterative usability testing across three fidelity stages, and a complete UI and identity system — including logo, typography, color palette, component library, and CarPlay integration. Identity verification and driver's license scanning are built into onboarding, ensuring every user in the network is a verified Di Tella student.

ONE WAY TO GET THERE: TOGETHER.

A product built on trust needs an identity that earns it. The system was designed to feel native to a student community. The interlocked logo references shared movement, the teal palette reads as calm and purposeful, and the two-typeface system keeps hierarchy clear without adding formality.
